The up-and-coming label has quickly made waves for its genre-bending artist: Glennchy. But behind the scenes, change is already in motion.


Last week, the RBC Network dropped a bombshell: CEO Jed Bias is out.


Sources say the move wasn’t messy at all—and even Jed himself said “it was just necessary.” Serving as President for 5 years, the move marks a shift in leadership, and a torch from one generation to the next.


“We’re not firing people, we’re firing up the future,” an insider said. “The network is now in the hunt for a visionary to lead the next era—someone who likes to compete. “

Despite the shake-up, the momentum is undeniable. Rumors swirl about flagship artist Glennchy’s genre-defining Debut Album “CHY” this summer, and the network is already inking distro deals. More rumors point to a joint venture with a major publisher, but sources haven’t confirmed any news.
