As promised on Season 2, Episode 3 of RBC Late Night Show: "The Poddy," here is a healthy meal option that will assist in building muscle, feeling better, and giving you the boost you need weekly. This does contain fish, so if you do not particularly enjoy it, I would still suggest trying it due to the ingredients that help lower the fishy taste of the meal. We suggest you have this 3-4 times per week for the wide variety of benefits, which include high protein, high omega 3's and micronutrients .
